There is nothing more invigorating than the positive energy of others around you! At GLO Studio, my private home fitness studio, classes are specially designed to challenge your body and promote strength, while helping you maintain proper alignment and a joyful spirit, even as your muscles work hard. Strength and Stability classes use a combination of low impact resistance and stability training using bodyweight, dumbells and resistance bands to create effective and dynamic classes that are never boring. Higher intesity Cardio classes promote strength and heart health as you rasie your heart rate and challenge your whole body. A maximum 6 participants per class, each person receives personalized attention when needed, ensuring proper form and alignment. I provide modifications for various levels. You can trust that you won’t feel overwhelmed, and when you leave class, you’ll feel strong and ready to slay the day!

Full Body Strength & Stability
60 MINUTESINSTRUCTOR: MICHAEL CROOK
ABILITY: MULTI-LEVEL
- Experience the difference of personalized guidance and a content that progressively builds muscular strength and endurance. With a strong emphasis on building functional strength and stability through body weight and light dumbbell resistance exercises, this class empowers you to master safe and effective movements with careful instruction and cueing. Exercises are organized into super sets and can be adapted progressively or regressively depending on your needs and abilities with the addition or subtraction of booty bands, dumbells and pilates balls. Embrace a path of full body functional strength and improve your core stability with these carefully planned classes focused on building you up from within!
Full BodY Strength & Cardio

ABILITY: INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED
- An opportunity to push your limits, this advanced class is designed with a combination of HIIT (High Intesity Interbval Training) and active recovery periods, but rest is not in the program! Dumbells and resistance bands are incorporated to increase strength adaptations while the upbeat tempo will bring your heart rate up. Full body exercises will challenge and overload major muscle groups while precise stabilty exercises will challenge your core and balance. You deserve to feel the rush of accomplishment, so let your body radiate with pride in a class designed to work you! this class is designed for individuals who have confidence in their strength and possess a solid understanding of proper posture and alignment and are without major muscle imbalances, back pain or chronic/acute cardiopulmonary disease.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA

ABILITY: MULTI-LEVEL
- Develop your full potential with creative and dynamic vinyasa flows. Yoga is not about reaching a goal or a final destination, but about constant evolution. Harness all the beauty that yoga has to offer, on and off the mat, while building a strong body and mind. This class combines flowy transitions with an introduction to arm balances, and include strength work, breathing, meditation, and alignment. The warm-up and creative building of the flow will strategically prepare the body to be introduced to or to progress with arm balances. You will discover that arm balances are not about how strong you are or how long you’ve been practicing for, but about having an efficient technique and a powerful mindset. This is an active class that challenges your whole body. In is class iMyofascial Release (MFR) techniques are also incorporated, working on fascia to reduce tensions and improve range of motion. Feel the flow of Body and Mind in with this uniquely invigorating class.

Committed to Change Membership- You are ready to make a change and understand the importance of consistency, accountability, and professional planning for achieving success. With 2 personal training sessions per week, 1 weekly nutritional coaching session and access to 4 GLO Studio classes per month, you’re well on your way to successfully meeting your goal in a shorter amount of time. With carefully designed periodized training plans based on the NASM OPT Training model, goal tracking, daily support, nutritional coaching AND access to my exciting group fitness classes, you have all the tools to supercharge each month toward reaching your goals. Commit to the changes you know you can make, supported by the scaffolding that regular professionally guided training can provide.
